We provide document conversion, PDF editing and formatting, fillable form development, digitisation and OCR processing, accessibility remediation, and document design services. We do not provide physical scanning collection, printing, or legal, financial or medical advice on the content of your documents.
Quotes are fixed for the scope described and valid for the period stated in the quote. Work outside that scope is re-quoted before it is carried out, never billed as a surprise.
Delivery timelines begin when we receive complete files and written approval. Revisions within the agreed scope are included as stated in your quote; new requirements are treated as new work.
Payment terms are agreed in writing with each quote before work begins. We commonly work on a part-payment-to-start basis for larger projects and payment on delivery for smaller ones, and accept international bank transfer, PayPal and card. Exact terms for your project will be stated in your quote — nothing is charged that was not agreed first.
We treat client documents as confidential, restrict access to the assigned team, and will sign an NDA on request. Files are deleted on your instruction after delivery.
On full payment, ownership of deliverables created for you passes to you. We retain the right to describe the type of work performed in general terms unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise; we never publish client documents or identify clients without permission.
We take reasonable professional care and correct our errors at no charge. Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Clients remain responsible for retaining their own copies of source documents.
