When you post a project we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, project description, budget indication and timeline you provide, plus the page you arrived from. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and chosen time.
Solely to quote and deliver your project and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Client files are transferred over encrypted links, accessible only to the team members assigned to your project, and deleted from our systems on your instruction after delivery. NDAs are available on request before any files are shared.
Enquiry data is stored in Google Workspace (Sheets and Gmail), transactional email is sent via Brevo, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the site is served by Cloudflare. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. UK and EU visitors have these rights under UK GDPR and the GDPR; other jurisdictions may grant equivalent rights.
This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party components (the scheduling widget) may set their own cookies when loaded.
